Once a year we give you the opportunity to receive the floor (or driveway, garage, sidewalk or patio) of your dreams for next to nothing. June 30th, 2007 we will announce the winner for this year.
When you help us get to know you better by taking this survey (something little) you will be eligible for a random drawing to receive a coupon worth up to $1000.00 (something BIG) good for any of our products. Once you take this survey your name will remain in the pool for 1 year or until you WIN! (which ever comes first.)
If you win you may use the coupon for installation of any of our products. Use it for one-$1,000 dollar floor or use it for two-$500 dollar floors or half off a $2,000 dollar floor. Give it to your mom for Mother's Day or your spouse for Christmas. We don't care so long as it gets used.
